Dc Inaugurates Road Construction, Rehabilitation Work

Deputy Commissioner Gujrat Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi inaugurated the construction and rehabilitation work on the University Road-Hanjra Link near Gujrat Bypass.

5-kilometre road project is being carried out at an estimated cost of Rs 127.404 million, and work is progressing rapidly.

Authorities said that earthwork at affected points has been completed, helping restore traffic flow and facilitate commuters.

The deputy commissioner directed the authorities concerned to complete the project according to prescribed standards and within the stipulated time.
