CM Murad Expects The N-5 Road Project to Be Completed in October

Syed Murad Ali Shah, the chief minister of Sindh, has instructed officials to complete the N-5 road project by October of this year. (Reported by news source)

Murad Ali Shah, the chief minister of Sindh, earlier gave the provincial local government department instructions to expedite the Malir Expressway construction so that at least a portion of the project from Korangi or Quaid Abad may be completed by the end of the year.

The day before, CM Shah, Information and Transport Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, Lawyer Murtaza Wahab, Special Assistant to the CM Syed Qasim Naveed, and deputy mayor-elect Salman Abdullah Murad toured the Malir Expressway, which is still under construction.

They looked over the 39.4-kilometer Malir Freeway, which runs from Korangi to Kathore. On the project site were the Karachi Commissioner Muhammad Iqbal Memon, LG Secretary Najam Shah, Project Director Niaz Soomro, and Special Secretary Finance Asad Zamin.
