Construction of hospital on Chakri Road lauded

Rawalpindi : Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Raja Pervez Ashraf, along with President of Pakistan People’s Party Azad Kashmir, Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin, and Head of Pakistan Sweet Home, Zamarurd Khan Hilal Imtiaz, visited the newly constructed Fatima Al Zahra Hospital on Chakri Road, built under the auspices of the Alpial Trust, to review its arrangements, says a press release.

During the visit, MNA Wajiha Qamar, Ms Afshan, Dr. Farwa Sharjeel, Chaudhry Zafar, Chaudhry Haq Nawaz, and the team of The Blade Heroes were also present.

Addressing the ceremony, former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf praised the Alpial community for their remarkable achievement in establishing a free hospital for the people of Chakri Road and Rawalpindi. He highlighted that this hospital stands as one of the finest healthcare facilities in the region and credited Zamarurd Khan, Head of Pakistan Sweet Home, for his tireless efforts in making this project a reality. Raja Pervez Ashraf emphasized that Fatima Al Zahra Hospital will offer free medical facilities to the public, a significant relief in these times of economic hardship. He commended the Alpial community and especially Zamarurd Khan for their dedication to this noble cause. He remarked, “Every project that Zamarurd Khan undertakes becomes a success story worldwide.” The former prime minister also appealed to Zumard Khan to consider building a similar hospital in Gujar Khan, offering his full support in securing a suitable location for the project. Zamarurd Khan, in his address, expressed his commitment to making Fatima Al Zahra Hospital one of the best in Pakistan, providing free healthcare services. He reiterated his determination to elevate the hospital’s standing on a global level, similar to how Pakistan Sweet Home has gained international recognition.
