Industrial Development And Economic Growth Go Hand In Hand
Economy of country is directly proportional to its Industrial Development. The country grows economically only when its industrial sector grows.

Islamabad: A meeting held between speaker of National Assembly, Asad Qaiser and representatives of Swabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Gadoon Amazai Industrial Estate in Parliament House. This meeting held on Thursday (10th October 2019). In the meeting, Asad Qaiser put emphasis on development of industrial sector to take enough advantage from CPEC. He said that economy of country is directly proportional to growth of its industry. The country grows economically only when its industrial sector grows. Moreover, he said that industrial sector has contributed to the boost of national economy. Also, it has produced unlimited employment opportunities for the local people of Pakistan.
Industrialization
Further, Asad Qaiser said that the government also gives this very issue of industrialization priority. Similarly, he was hopeful that the policies of government regarding industrialization will help growing the economy of country. For this purpose, he directed the Minister for Energy to provide uninterrupted power supply to the industries. This is so that they can work without any obstacle. Furthermore, Representatives of Swabi Chamber and Gadoon Amazai Industrial Estate informed the speaker about industrial issues in Gadoon Industrial Estate. The told the issues saying that they have out dated power supply infrastructure which overloads. It hinders the smooth supply of power which ultimately affects the capacity utilization of industry. Therefore, they proposed that government should work for better power infrastructure first.
Solutions to problem
Additionally, the meeting also agreed on that industrial sector plays its part in the economic growth of country by generating enough revenue and employment chances. The Minister for Energy Omar Ayub Khan made sure that he will provide all his support in this regard. Also, he ordered all Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the country specially Gadoon Industrial Estate to resolve power supply issues.
