UAE to bulid world’s first 2KM Air conditioned highway in dubai
Preparations for the construction of a 2 km long air-conditioned highway in the state of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have been started. According to Gulf media, the project to be built in Dubai South will feature a first-of-its-kind two-kilometer long air-conditioned boulevard, which is expected to attract a million tourists from outside the community on a daily basis, along with glass-enclosed pedestrian walkways.
The kid-friendly boulevard includes shopping areas, commercial space, multi-cuisine restaurants, movie theaters, nightlife options, children’s play areas, underground car parking and more.
It has been reported that Azizi Development has announced an investment plan of 20 billion dirhams which will include luxury villas, residences, commercial and entertainment spaces.
