According to the details, building on the said project began in March 2022 and was initially planned to be completed in March 2024. However, building was suspended earlier this year, with barely 15% of the work finished in 14 months. The CDA is in charge of its execution because it is a federally funded effort.
According to the news source, the Interior Ministry notified the civic agency that PKR 1,400 million will be allocated for the 10th Avenue project before the current fiscal year ended. Furthermore, the government has decided to provide PKR 400 million for the project under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) in the coming fiscal year.
